Dentapoint Guarantee for Dental Treatments and Materials
This guarantee and its terms apply to the use of Dentapoint dental medical services by individuals.
Warranty Terms
Dental implants inserted into the bone are guaranteed for life. Crowns (e.g., zirconium, metal-based, porcelain, etc.), placed on top of the implants (including the abutments that provide the connection between the implants and crowns), as well as veneers and bridges are guaranteed for 7 years. Prostheses and dentures are guaranteed for 5 years.
How to Activate the Warranty Procedure?
If you encounter an unexpected issue, please contact Dentapoint immediately. You can contact Dentapoint directly or go through your third-party provider who assisted with your treatment at Dentapoint by sending a brief report, ideally including photos of the affected dental area.
Medical Review and Coverage under Warranty
If Dentapoint medical staff concludes that the warranty terms apply, you may have the opportunity to receive a revision treatment in Turkey, with coverage of the following items: treatment costs and related materials costs will be covered if the warranty terms are met. If you are asked to stay in Turkey or return to Turkey for the revision treatment, the following costs will be covered:
- Implant replacement - FREE
- Bridge/veneer/crown renewal - FREE
- Prosthesis/denture renewal - FREE
- Root canal treatment - FREE
- Flights - up to 70 GBP/80 EUR
- Accommodation - up to 85 GBP/95 EUR
In case of the need to extend the stay in the country on the order of Dentapoint medical staff, up to a total of 85 GBP/95 EUR for accommodation and additional flight costs up to 100 GBP/110 EUR will be covered.
Exclusions from the Dentapoint Guarantee
- Neglect of Oral Hygiene: Failure to maintain proper oral hygiene or to attend regular dental check-ups and controls at least twice a year.
- Non-compliance with Post-Treatment Instructions: Not following the advice or instructions given by your Dentapoint specialist.
- Improper Use of Protective Gear: Not using the mouth guard provided by Dentapoint to protect your veneers or crowns.
- Unrelated Oral Health Issues: Problems with oral and gum health that are not directly related to the treatments performed by Dentapoint.
- Undetectable Conditions: Issues not visible on X-rays or those that were unforeseeable and unpredictable at the time of treatment.
