• I had the best experience regarding my hair with Dr. Bisanga and BHR Team. My level of baldness was quite severe so needed different surgeries to get a total restoration. But after the whole process I can say the result was night and day. Also had very genuine advisory regarding how to keep and improve my native hair which also helped me. Best decission ever made.

• Earlier post no longer appears - do not know why, probably my error - but simply:- Dr Bisanga has helped readdress old scarring and poor work from very old transplants done by other surgeon. Dr Bisanga has shown enormous empathy and professionalism. Donor sites for me have used from beard (for scarring) and scalp (which is very limited and was used for hairline), once healed I have found the donor sites to the indiscernible. The planning of the placement - the options are fully discussed in a shared manner. Dr Bisanga will never risk a option that could make your situation worse in the future - you have to look to the future as well as the present. He really cares about the long term outcome of his work and the value it gives to his patients. This is the overwhelming culture I have found at BHR and I have been visiting the clinic on a number occasions over some years, including before the move to Waterloo. The staff are absolutely brilliant. They are highly professional, they put you at ease and show upmost consideration from the point of consult, through to arrangements for the surgery, surgery itself and the post-op and follow-up period. Really great care at BHR in my experience - you won't go wrong. PS. Waterloo is about 40 min taxi from Gard Midi (ca 30 Euro).

• Extremely impressed with BHR clinic. I was very nervous on procedure day, however the team (doctor and nurses included) were so attentive and made me feel so comfortable. Very professional clinic and I know I was in good hands. It’s obvious Dr Bisanga and his team know what they are doing. Reception were also kind enough and organised a ride back and forth from clinic. Truely is a top notch clinic!
