Payment Information
We offer multiple payment methods to ensure convenience for our patients:
- Credit Cards: AMEX, VISA, MasterCard
- Cash: Accepted in local currency (TRY) and major foreign currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.)
Garanty
- Fixed Pricing: The prices quoted are guaranteed and will not change.
- Patient-Related Complications: Any revisions due to patient-related issues (e.g., weight changes) are the patient’s responsibility.
- Early Post-Operative Hematoma: Treated without additional charges if it occurs shortly after surgery.
Booking Procedures
To confirm your surgery or consultation, an advance deposit in Euros (€) is required, payable via bank transfer. Your date is secured upon receipt.
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund (minus fees): For cancellations made at least 7 days in advance, your deposit is refunded minus €50 consultation and bank fees.
- No Refund: No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the procedure without prior notice.
Payment
The remaining balance must be settled in full on the consultation day.
For cash payments, ensure you bring the full amount. Card limits or alternative methods may not be reliable locally.
Post-Operative Follow-Up
- All follow-up visits and dressing changes are done by Dr. Serkan İlhan himself.
- Direct communication is available for all surgical patients.
- 24/7 postoperative support for every patient.
Prosthesis Information
On request, we can use your preferred implant brands. Most common options include: Mentor, Motiva, Polytech, Arion, and Silimed.
Transfer Services
While we do not operate transfers in-house, we can organize private transfers (airport, hotel, clinic) through our trusted partners in Antalya. Fees vary by distance and service level.
Accommodation
We offer recommended hotel options based on your preferences. Three curated hotel categories are available upon request with added convenience and comfort.
