• I had gender reassignment by the srs-ppv procedure on the 30/04/2024 at the age of 63. I am now 3 months post surgery and I couldn't be happier. The care I received was superb, it just couldn't have been better. This is a professional clinic with a capital P. The attention to detail is second to none. From the moment you walk out of the terminal, they take care of everything. The hotel and clinic are spotlessly clean, just as you'd expect, and the staff are happy to help in any way they can. Following a couple of meetings with Dr Kamol you have an appointment with the cardiologist to assess whether you're fit enough for surgery. They take no chances and that shows just how professional this clinic is. The care post surgery is simply the best you could wish for, nurses in and out of your room checking everything. This continues the whole week plus some visits from Dr Kamol as well. The care continues when you get back to the hotel with staff on hand 24 hours a day. On the 2nd floor there is a clinic staffed by 2 nurse and you visit them twice a day to clean and check on your wounds. I was at the Kamol clinic and hotel for just under 5 weeks and the staff in both places became like my family, always there for me and even now if I message them with a question they are happy to help. You will make your own decision as to where you go for surgery and so you should, but you should give the Kamol clinic some serious consideration, after all, it is the place that makes your dreams come true.
