Upon completion of the work and the invoice we give two years of warranty for all prosthetic work and following rehabilitation: fillings and fillings, dental crowns and bridges or inlay and onlay, removable and semi-removable dentures in the normal conditions of use.

A lifetime warranty applies to implants and implant abutments in normal conditions of use.

The legal guarantee of implants, implant-supported crowns are covered by a 2 year warranty.

The guarantee applies only to dental treatment of reconstruction, correction or complete change in case the work carried out shows a possible fault.

An annual medical check-up becomes mandatory to maintain and check the condition of the oral cavity.

Void the warranty: If patients do not use the prostheses correctly or in case of injury. If changes have occurred as a result of inflammation, infection, injury, making it impossible to use the dental prosthesis, or periodontal diseases, as well as all the conditions affecting the gums, alveolar bone, periodontal ligament, cementum and root canal treatment. If after root treatment the tooth has to be extracted due to possible inflammation. If the patient does not follow the dentist's instructions or if the patient have the implant-prosthetic work done in another dental practice. If there is natural retraction of the gums and/or tissue resorption as well as the correction of the units of the prosthesis. If customers do not follow oral hygiene guidelines.

Are not included in the refund if the warranty applies: The patient's travel and accommodation expenses as well as all other costs that may appear as a result of the treatment (e.g., loss of temporary work etc.).
