Payment Information

Treatment costs and package inclusions are confirmed in writing before travel whenever possible. We accept bank transfers, major credit/debit cards and cash payments. A booking deposit may be requested to reserve treatment dates and begin laboratory preparations. The remaining balance is paid according to the agreed treatment stages and before the final restorations are fitted. If the clinical examination or X-rays reveal a need for additional treatment, all changes and costs will be explained in advance. No additional procedure will be performed without the patient’s approval. Flights, accommodation, transfers, medication and third-party services are included only when specifically stated in the written package. Official invoices and payment receipts are provided. Patients may also request treatment documents for personal insurance reimbursement applications.

 At TH Dental Clinic, we stand behind the quality of our materials and clinical work.

• Ivoclar zirconia crowns and bridges are covered by a 5-year clinical warranty.

• Selected implant systems include a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty for the implant fixture. This warranty covers the implant product itself and does not constitute a guarantee of biological integration or treatment success.

Warranty eligibility requires completion of the recommended treatment, full payment, good oral hygiene, attendance at advised dental check-ups and compliance with aftercare instructions. Patients must use a night guard when prescribed.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from trauma, poor oral hygiene, untreated gum disease, smoking-related complications, teeth grinding without a prescribed night guard, uncontrolled medical conditions, normal wear, or treatment and adjustments performed by another clinic without prior written approval.

Warranty requests are assessed individually using current photographs, dental records and X-rays. An in-person examination may be required. When a case is confirmed as eligible, the clinic will provide the appropriate repair or replacement treatment. Travel, accommodation, transfers and treatment performed by third parties are not included unless confirmed separately in writing.
