Booking Procedures
As we do not have a waiting list, patients who want to book an appointment can contact us through our webpage or by email, phone or via WhatsApp. A first consultation with the doctor (online or in person) has a cost of 80€ to be paid in advance when booking is confirmed.
Post-Treatment Follow-Up
The advantage of UR Vistahermosa is that we are within a hospital open 24/7, 365 days a year. Most of our treatments are ambulatory, but some require an overnight stay in our hospital. For international patients, follow-up online appointments will be organized as needed and patients will remain in contact through their coordinators.
Logistics
Transfer Services: We can organize airport transfers to and from the clinic or hotel. We can also organize transfers between the hotel and our clinic. We provide patient support in English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Portuguese.
Accommodation: We can provide patients with a list of hotels and lodgings we work with that will offer them special rates. Patients can choose from different hotels and apartments, between 10-15 minutes away from the clinic.
