Warranty Conditions
Warranty Policy for Customers:
- Crown, bridge, veneer: 3 years
- NTA Implant: 10 years
- NOBEL/STRAUMANN Implant: lifetime
For implants, the warranty covers all costs and medical surgical fees for 5 years.
After 5 years, the warranty continues; the customer only has surgical fees and the flight ticket for the trip.
For crowns, bridges, and veneers, the warranty covers all costs and medical surgical fees for 3 years.
After 3 years, the warranty continues; the customer only has surgical fees and the flight ticket for the trip.
In case of professional faults, all costs are borne by our clinic as well as the flight tickets and hotel.
