The hospital is a bit dated and could use a renovation. I am very happy with the service I receive from the employees. The staff is attentive and the paediatric Doctor speaks English.

It's ridiculous that they called me for a survey and asked me to rate the service I received on a scale of 1 to 5. We're not receiving service from just one person. I would like to thank my doctor and the staff who conducted the tests. However, I waited in line for private health insurance, longer than in any other private hospital. Moreover, the toilets were awful. You feel like you're going to catch a disease when you go in and out. Worse than a gas station... The toilets weren't just a matter of the staff; the toilet seat was broken. What kind of place hangs paper towels on the grab bar for disabled people? It's covered in filth with every flush. I hope it will be normalized by my next visit.
