The waiting area was clean, colorful, and filled with fun books and toys—my child was actually excited to be there! When it was time for the appointment, the dental assistant gently guided us back and made everything feel like a fun adventure. She explained every step in child-friendly terms, let my little one pick their favorite toothpaste flavor, and even gave them cool sunglasses to wear during the cleaning! Then came the real stars of the show—Dr. Ioana & Dr. Ramona . What a gem! With a calming voice and a playful sense of humor, They connected with my child instantly. She took the time to answer all of our questions as parents while keeping the experience fun and fear-free for our little one. Her expertise was clear, but it was her empathy and kindness that truly stood out. From start to finish, the entire team—from the hygienists to the office manager—went above and beyond to create a joyful, stress-free, and even fun experience. My child left the office proudly showing off their sparkly clean teeth and a goody bag filled with dental treasures, already asking when they could come back!
