Tumescent Liposuction
Unlike the "dry" method used in the past, tumescent liposuction injects fluids to loosen fat cells from the skin and muscles. This fluid creates space, like a balloon, between the muscles and fatty tissues. The surgeon then inserts a cannula through small incisions to suction out the fat and the previously injected fluids. Laser Lipolysis
Laser lipolysis involves using a laser to liquefy and loosen fat cells. It is particularly suitable for small liposuctions (face: jaw, chin, and neck). There are two laser lipolysis techniques: Smart Lipo and SlimLipo.
Smart Lipo
With Smart Lipo, the surgeon introduces an optical fiber through small incisions, which destroys fat cells by causing them to explode and transform into liquid that can be naturally eliminated by the body. Compared to traditional liposuction, this technique has a dual advantage as it not only destroys fat cells but also tightens the skin by stimulating fibroblasts.
SlimLipo
The SlimLipo method is currently one of the most innovative in terms of laser lipolysis. It uses optimal wavelengths to heat water within cells and dissolve fatty tissues. The use of these wavelengths not only dissolves fat but also tightens skin tissues with the laser. SlimLipo effectively reduces skin sagging by tightening tissues and creating a very smooth surface.
