  The ALL ON 4 procedure is the complete rehabilitation procedure that uses the fewest implants per jaw. As the name suggests, 4 implants are placed in the jawbone to support a complete prosthesis that is usually screw-retained in the implants. Screw-retained prostheses are prostheses attached to the implants by screws instead of being cemented on implant abutments.

  
  

  Unlike ALL ON 6 procedures, the prosthesis is a complete prosthesis that goes above the gum. It is not just crowns.
